Concept design for a brand new site overlooking the sea. Salted Chair carried out a feasibility study and competition analysis for a potential hospitality venue, identifying the direction best suited to the site. Following a close reading of the surrounding market, we focused on a Japanese-style bar and restaurant, developing the full concept across visuals, cuisine, and style with reference to international markets.
